Work with city, land banks, and housing authorities to identify vacant and dilapidated homes

Acquire Properties

Acquire or lease selected properties as dedicated training sites for students

Restore & Train

Engage students in all phases: demolition, repair, drywall, roofing, plumbing, landscaping, electrical

Distribute Homes

Sell, rent, or donate completed homes to low-income families or use as mentoring housing

Reinvest & Expand

Reinvest proceeds into additional property restoration projects across the city
